As some of you may have noticed, I haven't really been around much on dA anymore. No, I'm not leaving like so many other people do. I'm just not updating much. Been on LJ alot more lately. I would put twitter on my page here, but NOOOOOOOOOO that's for subscribers only! Blech!

But lemme give you a few updates on what I've been up to:

Just finished paying off the bills from the stupid car accident I had back in October. Because my facial injuries were so minor, I hardly have any scars, if any. That's always a good thing.

My ferret is doing good. Still a lovable little troublemaker, as always.

Had my 28th birthday back in February. Like last year, it was a fantastic trip to Salem and Medieval Manor. Didn't get my hair colored though; the bad economy had to hit me SOMEWHERE...

My dad just had his 60th birthday. Got him a cake a whole bunch of funny "Old Fart" stuff. LOL We had a good time!

Still playing D&D, though we now have a new member in our group. ~JeiC is now in our group and playing a drow named Retanei.

My computer got a virus, but me and dad took it in for repairs immediately. When we brought it back home, the mouse wheel wasn't working as well as it should. At first we thought it was settings or the new cordless mouse, but it was apparently something else stupid. Also, Maple Story wasn't working, and no matter how i tried to update the drivers and whatnot, nothing worked. So it was back to the shop for the damn thing. They fixed the problems--ALL of them-- and now the comp's cool again. Yay!

Bought a bunch of movie-related books. Wanted to see the movies but never got around to them. So I got the books instead. I went through Coraline and Tale of Despereaux in about 2 days apiece. Now I'm working my way through Inkheart, and while this last book is no 2-day run-through, I'm definitely going through it rather quickly. This is the kind of book (and the kind of adventure) that I would have liked to experience very much as a child. Hm... that probably explains why the book is so popular. Cornelia Funke really hit on something good here, didn't she?

And... that's pretty much all I've got for now. Tootles!
